vim work with {f#} keys

  1. If you bind {f#} keys, you have to disable windows-terminal keys. For example, I want to use f11 key to do something in vim. So I have to turn off the default f11 action of windows-terminal. It will toggle full screen mode in windows-terminal. How to do this?

  4. remove toggle fullscreen F11
